We worked with CTC Construction on the remodel of our home. They took a drab 70's house and made it a modern home. It is now safer and warmer than before. Charlie Dotson was our superintendent. Working with Cliff Thorn Construction has been a fun experience. We primary worked with Stephanie, and her communication was top notch -she is direct with how we can handle drop off and pick up and what needs to be done. Marc was very helpful as he came out an looked at what we wanted done but he wasn't able to do it in our time frame so he was very helpful at helping us find someone that could do the project in our time frame. CTC came in and did a small-medium size remodel in my rental. They didn’t play the change order game and they stayed within budget. They will be my go to contractor now, wish I would have figured this out a little sooner.
CTC did a great job with a recent roof repair at my home. Job was done quickly and jobsite was completely clean, once the work was done.
