If we could give them a rating of 6 stars we would! Over the past 5 years we have had Cliff Thorn Const. do 3 major remodels in our home, our living room, kitchen and laundry/bathroom. Every job was done perfectly! They were timely in the work and did an excellent job with minimal inconvenience to us. The living room was our first project. After about 3 years we noticed our carpet had some bumps in it. We called Cliff and they immediately came out to assess the problem determining it needed to be restretched. Within 1 week they had someone come out, at no charge, and restretch the carpet. The gentleman that did the work asked us if we realized how rare that was after that amount of time to have the construction company stand behind their work and not charge us. Thank you Cliff and all of your staff.
Worked with Mike on a project, he was very professional, and the quality of work was outstanding. Highly recommended.
We worked with CTC Construction on the remodel of our home. They took a drab 70's house and made it a modern home. It is now safer and warmer than before. Charlie Dotson was our superintendent. We couldn't have asked for a better person to work with on this project. His work was beyond measure and his attitude and attention to detail was spectacular. We highly recommend CTC for your project - big or small. We look forward to using them on our future endeavors.
Cliff Thorn Construction provides exceptional customer service and delivers superior workmanship on all levels.
Working with CTC on our kitchen remodel was nothing but positive. From Jake, the Estimator, to AmyLynne, the Project Manager, and Kirk, our amazingly talented Field Supervisor - they knocked it out of the park. Our project was efficient and executed with top notch craftsmanship. I really appreciate their professionalism and communication. Highly recommended if you want well-run no-hassle work done on your house.
What a pleasure to work with the team from Cliff Thorn Construction! We just finished a home remodel with them and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. They were quick to address any concerns and great to answer any and all of my questions. I would highly recommend working with them for any of your home remodel needs. Thank you so much CTC team!
Very knowledgeable and take time to listen to there customers to give them the final product above and beyond expectation

I just wanted to say how helpful and professional everyone at Cliff Thorn Construction was as we were getting things ready to move into a new home. Thank you.
Good local construction company. They do good work, both commercial and residential, and I'd recommend them to just about anyone.
I've been dealing with CTC and other General Contractors from Yakima to Spokane for over 15 years. I'm a subcontractor that has dealt with the positives and negatives with just about every GC around. CTC has been top notch in all areas.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We are so grateful for our partnership with CTC Construction! They go above and beyond by encouraging their remodel clients to donate quality, saleable items to Habitat for Humanity. Their team consistently refers clients to us and helps support our mission of building homes, communities, and hope. We truly appreciate their generosity, professionalism, and dedication to giving back to the community. Thank you, CTC Construction, for being such a valued partner!
We recently hired CTC for a high-end custom shelving project and were very pleased. Great engagement and communication throughout the process and excellent carpentry and finish work.
