We worked with CTC Construction on the remodel of our home. They took a drab 70's house and made it a modern home. It is now safer and warmer than before. Charlie Dotson was our superintendent. I had a utility sink/dog-wash station installed in my laundry room. I LOVE IT!! CTC did a super job! Everyone was so nice and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jake worked with me to stay within my budget, Amy helped me pick out tile and James was always there checking in to see how the progress was going. The sub contractors were all very respectful when they came in and out of the house. They knew what they were doing. They were efficient, got in and out quickly and everthing works and looks great!

Not only was their work amazing, but they CLEANED UP after themselves and all the gentlemen that came in and out with the different aspects of the job were so nice and respectful. I had a problem with the clear coat finish peeling on the exposed beams at my residence. I called CTC for help. Not only did they refinish the beams in a timely manner, they went back to the original clear coat manufacturer and asked for an inspection. The manufacturer determined that the wrong product was used originally and that they would cover the cost of the new product at NO charge. On top of that, CTC came up with an affordable solution to protect the top of the beams into the future. That's what I call exceptional service!
They took great care of my home for the repairs needed. No project too small. Very happy with the results.
