Cliff Thorn Construction Commercial New Construction

Great company. Did siding work, door replacements, trim and gutters. All were done on time, on budget with great communication through the entire process. Will be using this company again for further renovations to my property.

We had our shower remodeled from tub insert to full tiled walk-in shower with glass door. CTC was the only company to reply to our inquiries. They were great to work with. We had a rough idea on cost before we started and CTC roughly matched that price. We did have a change due to a plumbing issue but everything stayed on schedule. Whole project was done in less than 2 weeks (minus the glass) . CTC was great at communication, through thier builder app. I greatly appreciated the builder/customer expectations form as part of the contract. I even got Christmas cookies when I dropped off one of the checks.

CTC came and installed LVP flooring throughout my entire house. I knew that it was a very large job and I was very confident that they would be able to handle it, My expectations were exceeded with the outcome! The staff at CTC are extremely friendly and easy to work with. Thank You Cliff Thorn Construction for everything that you do and for my beautiful floors!

I can't say enough about Cliff Thorn Construction. They came and did some renovations in our home. Not only was their work amazing, but they CLEANED UP after themselves and all the gentlemen that came in and out with the different aspects of the job were so nice and respectful. I had a utility sink/dog-wash station installed in my laundry room. I LOVE IT!! CTC did a super job! Everyone was so nice and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jake worked with me to stay within my budget, Amy helped me pick out tile and James was always there checking in to see how the progress was going. The sub contractors were all very respectful when they came in and out of the house. They knew what they were doing. They were efficient, got in and out quickly and everthing works and looks great!

Working with CTC on our kitchen remodel was nothing but positive. From Jake, the Estimator, to AmyLynne, the Project Manager, and Kirk, our amazingly talented Field Supervisor - they knocked it out of the park. Our project was efficient and executed with top notch craftsmanship. I really appreciate their professionalism and communication. We worked with CTC Construction on the remodel of our home. They took a drab 70's house and made it a modern home. It is now safer and warmer than before. Charlie Dotson was our superintendent. Working with Cliff Thorn Construction has been a fun experience. We primary worked with Stephanie, and her communication was top notch -she is direct with how we can handle drop off and pick up and what needs to be done. She is professional, friendly, and reliable, which has made the whole process of creating embroidery shirts for the company truly fun. Cliff Thorn's crew were exceptional. We were impressed with their professionalism and speed. They did trim work around all our floors and doors and had beautiful suggestions. If we could give them a rating of 6 stars we would! Over the past 5 years we have had Cliff Thorn Const. do 3 major remodels in our home, our living room, kitchen and laundry/bathroom. Every job was done perfectly! They were timely in the work and did an excellent job with minimal inconvenience to us. The living room was our first project. After about 3 years we noticed our carpet had some bumps in it. We called Cliff and they immediately came out to assess the problem determining it needed to be restretched. Within 1 week they had someone come out, at no charge, and restretch the carpet. The gentleman that did the work asked us if we realized how rare that was after that amount of time to have the construction company stand behind their work and not charge us. Thank you Cliff and all of your staff.

The CTC superintendent Triston is very easy to work with and all the people I've met from CTC have been very nice and helpful.
