Marc was very helpful as he came out an looked at what we wanted done but he wasn't able to do it in our time frame so he was very helpful at helping us find someone that could do the project in our time frame. AmyLynne and Jake were very impressive from the very beginning. They explained the process in detail and were accommodating to our schedule. Jeff and Connor had the difficult job of demo of the glass and tile shower and the outdated flooring, a little loud, of course, but done in only one day and not a bit of trash left behind. Jeff continued with sheet rock, texture, painting, and flooring. We could not have been happier with Nathan and Guillermo and their work with the cultured marble. Dave, Ethan and Julian were awesome plumbers. James and then Kirk were always checking on progress and making sure materials were where and when they were needed. The floor-to-ceiling sheeting to protect the side room and counters was especially appreciated. The floor from outside to the work site was also protected. There was one unanticipated "hiccup" for the need for a new water shut off valve that was handled very quickly and professionally. This project was not only completed on time but ahead of schedule. We were very pleased with the process and the final result. There was not one single thing that we needed to do. Our bathroom was clean and move-in ready. Every CTC employee and sub-contractor involved with our project was a joy to work with.
