I've been dealing with CTC and other General Contractors from Yakima to Spokane for over 15 years. I'm a subcontractor that has dealt with the positives and negatives with just about every GC around. CTC has been top notch in all areas.
CTC came and installed LVP flooring throughout my entire house. Cliff Thorn's crew were exceptional. We were impressed with their professionalism and speed. They did trim work around all our floors and doors and had beautiful suggestions. It dressed up our house a lot and saved us so much time and effort to use their services. We will definitely use them again for future home remodeling.
