Residential Construction Exterior Remodeling

CTC came in and did a small-medium size remodel in my rental. They didn’t play the change order game and they stayed within budget. They will be my go to contractor now, wish I would have figured this out a little sooner.

CTC is a construction company that has hired us for cleaning services, and we’ve seen firsthand the results of their great work. From residential to commercial projects, their quality stands out. We had our shower remodeled from tub insert to full tiled walk-in shower with glass door. CTC was the only company to reply to our inquiries. They were great to work with. We had a rough idea on cost before we started and CTC roughly matched that price. We did have a change due to a plumbing issue but everything stayed on schedule. Whole project was done in less than 2 weeks (minus the glass) . CTC was great at communication, through thier builder app. I greatly appreciated the builder/customer expectations form as part of the contract. I even got Christmas cookies when I dropped off one of the checks.

I love my mom and she is a self confessed persnikety consumer.: (per·snick·et·y; pərˈsnikədē/requiring a particularly precise or careful approach.) Mom had a flood in her basement... CTC construction came to the rescue. Cliff and his team did a fantastic job and delighted one tough customer, my mom. Thank you for helping my mom and doing a great job on the repair and remodel. The basement is now mom's favorite room in the house.

CTC just finished my home addition and bathroom remodel. We had a couple special order items we couldn’t decide on that delayed the project and CTC had a very collaborative “can do attitude” the whole way through the project. We were happy to have their guidance through the duration of our project! Highly recommend.
