Residential Construction Interior Remodeling

CTC converted the master bathroom shower to zero clearance. I was nervous about the project and has already turned down a separate contractor because they made me feel uneasy about how it would get done. CTC impressed me from the beginning with confidence and professionalism. They didn’t let me down. The project went perfect and everything turned out just the way they said. It was even done early. I will definitely use them again for the next project.

We recently hired CTC for a high-end custom shelving project and were very pleased. Great engagement and communication throughout the process and excellent carpentry and finish work.

If we could give them a rating of 6 stars we would! Over the past 5 years we have had Cliff Thorn Const. do 3 major remodels in our home, our living room, kitchen and laundry/bathroom. Every job was done perfectly! They were timely in the work and did an excellent job with minimal inconvenience to us. The living room was our first project. After about 3 years we noticed our carpet had some bumps in it. We called Cliff and they immediately came out to assess the problem determining it needed to be restretched. Within 1 week they had someone come out, at no charge, and restretch the carpet. The gentleman that did the work asked us if we realized how rare that was after that amount of time to have the construction company stand behind their work and not charge us. Thank you Cliff and all of your staff.

We worked with CTC Construction on the remodel of our home. They took a drab 70's house and made it a modern home. It is now safer and warmer than before. Charlie Dotson was our superintendent. We couldn't have asked for a better person to work with on this project. His work was beyond measure and his attitude and attention to detail was spectacular. We highly recommend CTC for your project - big or small. We look forward to using them on our future endeavors.

I had a utility sink/dog-wash station installed in my laundry room. I LOVE IT!! CTC did a super job! Everyone was so nice and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jake worked with me to stay within my budget, Amy helped me pick out tile and James was always there checking in to see how the progress was going. The sub contractors were all very respectful when they came in and out of the house. They knew what they were doing. They were efficient, got in and out quickly and everthing works and looks great!

Working with Cliff Thorn Construction has been a fun experience. We primary worked with Stephanie, and her communication was top notch -she is direct with how we can handle drop off and pick up and what needs to be done. She is professional, friendly, and reliable, which has made the whole process of creating embroidery shirts for the company truly fun. I love my mom and she is a self confessed persnikety consumer.: (per·snick·et·y; pərˈsnikədē/requiring a particularly precise or careful approach.) Mom had a flood in her basement... CTC construction came to the rescue. Cliff and his team did a fantastic job and delighted one tough customer, my mom. Thank you for helping my mom and doing a great job on the repair and remodel. The basement is now mom's favorite room in the house.
