Commercial Construction Tenant Improvements

We recently hired CTC for a high-end custom shelving project and were very pleased. Great engagement and communication throughout the process and excellent carpentry and finish work.

I can't say enough about Cliff Thorn Construction. They came and did some renovations in our home. Not only was their work amazing, but they CLEANED UP after themselves and all the gentlemen that came in and out with the different aspects of the job were so nice and respectful. I will only use them for any future reconstruction or construction. Thanks Cliff for your helpfulness and for your team.

I had a problem with the clear coat finish peeling on the exposed beams at my residence. I called CTC for help. Not only did they refinish the beams in a timely manner, they went back to the original clear coat manufacturer and asked for an inspection. The manufacturer determined that the wrong product was used originally and that they would cover the cost of the new product at NO charge. On top of that, CTC came up with an affordable solution to protect the top of the beams into the future. That's what I call exceptional service!

I had a utility sink/dog-wash station installed in my laundry room. I LOVE IT!! CTC did a super job! Everyone was so nice and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jake worked with me to stay within my budget, Amy helped me pick out tile and James was always there checking in to see how the progress was going. The sub contractors were all very respectful when they came in and out of the house. They knew what they were doing. They were efficient, got in and out quickly and everthing works and looks great!

The CTC superintendent Triston is very easy to work with and all the people I've met from CTC have been very nice and helpful.

Working with CTC on our kitchen remodel was nothing but positive. From Jake, the Estimator, to AmyLynne, the Project Manager, and Kirk, our amazingly talented Field Supervisor - they knocked it out of the park. Our project was efficient and executed with top notch craftsmanship. I really appreciate their professionalism and communication. Highly recommended if you want well-run no-hassle work done on your house.

Marc was very helpful as he came out an looked at what we wanted done but he wasn't able to do it in our time frame so he was very helpful at helping us find someone that could do the project in our time frame. Good local construction company. They do good work, both commercial and residential, and I'd recommend them to just about anyone.

AmyLynne and Jake were very impressive from the very beginning. They explained the process in detail and were accommodating to our schedule. Jeff and Connor had the difficult job of demo of the glass and tile shower and the outdated flooring, a little loud, of course, but done in only one day and not a bit of trash left behind. Jeff continued with sheet rock, texture, painting, and flooring. We could not have been happier with Nathan and Guillermo and their work with the cultured marble. Dave, Ethan and Julian were awesome plumbers. James and then Kirk were always checking on progress and making sure materials were where and when they were needed. The floor-to-ceiling sheeting to protect the side room and counters was especially appreciated. The floor from outside to the work site was also protected. There was one unanticipated "hiccup" for the need for a new water shut off valve that was handled very quickly and professionally. This project was not only completed on time but ahead of schedule. We were very pleased with the process and the final result. There was not one single thing that we needed to do. Our bathroom was clean and move-in ready. Every CTC employee and sub-contractor involved with our project was a joy to work with.
