We had our shower remodeled from tub insert to full tiled walk-in shower with glass door. CTC was the only company to reply to our inquiries. They were great to work with. We had a rough idea on cost before we started and CTC roughly matched that price. We did have a change due to a plumbing issue but everything stayed on schedule. Whole project was done in less than 2 weeks (minus the glass) . CTC was great at communication, through thier builder app. I greatly appreciated the builder/customer expectations form as part of the contract. I even got Christmas cookies when I dropped off one of the checks.
I met Walt recently, at an impromptu stop for re-fueling. He was kind and greeted me very well. It was a very nice gesture and I just want to thank him for that. If everyone at the company is like that, I will be very happy to establish work with them. All the very best!
CTC converted the master bathroom shower to zero clearance. I was nervous about the project and has already turned down a separate contractor because they made me feel uneasy about how it would get done. CTC impressed me from the beginning with confidence and professionalism. They didn’t let me down. The project went perfect and everything turned out just the way they said. It was even done early. I will definitely use them again for the next project.
Good local construction company. They do good work, both commercial and residential, and I'd recommend them to just about anyone.
Great company. Did siding work, door replacements, trim and gutters. All were done on time, on budget with great communication through the entire process. Will be using this company again for further renovations to my property.
Cliff Thorn's crew were exceptional. We were impressed with their professionalism and speed. They did trim work around all our floors and doors and had beautiful suggestions. It dressed up our house a lot and saved us so much time and effort to use their services. We will definitely use them again for future home remodeling.

If we could give them a rating of 6 stars we would! Over the past 5 years we have had Cliff Thorn Const. do 3 major remodels in our home, our living room, kitchen and laundry/bathroom. Every job was done perfectly! They were timely in the work and did an excellent job with minimal inconvenience to us. The living room was our first project. After about 3 years we noticed our carpet had some bumps in it. We called Cliff and they immediately came out to assess the problem determining it needed to be restretched. Within 1 week they had someone come out, at no charge, and restretch the carpet. The gentleman that did the work asked us if we realized how rare that was after that amount of time to have the construction company stand behind their work and not charge us. Thank you Cliff and all of your staff.
I can't say enough about Cliff Thorn Construction. They came and did some renovations in our home. Not only was their work amazing, but they CLEANED UP after themselves and all the gentlemen that came in and out with the different aspects of the job were so nice and respectful. CTC just finished my home addition and bathroom remodel. We had a couple special order items we couldn’t decide on that delayed the project and CTC had a very collaborative “can do attitude” the whole way through the project. CTC construction came to the rescue. Cliff and his team did a fantastic job and delighted one tough customer, my mom. Thank you for helping my mom and doing a great job on the repair and remodel. The basement is now mom's favorite room in the house.
CTC did a great job with a recent roof repair at my home. Job was done quickly and jobsite was completely clean, once the work was done.
Marc was very helpful as he came out an looked at what we wanted done but he wasn't able to do it in our time frame so he was very helpful at helping us find someone that could do the project in our time frame. CTC came in and did a small-medium size remodel in my rental. They didn’t play the change order game and they stayed within budget. They will be my go to contractor now, wish I would have figured this out a little sooner.
I had a problem with the clear coat finish peeling on the exposed beams at my residence. I called CTC for help. Not only did they refinish the beams in a timely manner, they went back to the original clear coat manufacturer and asked for an inspection. The manufacturer determined that the wrong product was used originally and that they would cover the cost of the new product at NO charge. On top of that, CTC came up with an affordable solution to protect the top of the beams into the future. That's what I call exceptional service!

AmyLynne and Jake were very impressive from the very beginning. They explained the process in detail and were accommodating to our schedule. Jeff and Connor had the difficult job of demo of the glass and tile shower and the outdated flooring, a little loud, of course, but done in only one day and not a bit of trash left behind. Jeff continued with sheet rock, texture, painting, and flooring. We could not have been happier with Nathan and Guillermo and their work with the cultured marble. Dave, Ethan and Julian were awesome plumbers. James and then Kirk were always checking on progress and making sure materials were where and when they were needed. The floor-to-ceiling sheeting to protect the side room and counters was especially appreciated. The floor from outside to the work site was also protected. There was one unanticipated "hiccup" for the need for a new water shut off valve that was handled very quickly and professionally. This project was not only completed on time but ahead of schedule. We were very pleased with the process and the final result. There was not one single thing that we needed to do. Our bathroom was clean and move-in ready. Every CTC employee and sub-contractor involved with our project was a joy to work with.
I had a utility sink/dog-wash station installed in my laundry room. I LOVE IT!! CTC did a super job! Everyone was so nice and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jake worked with me to stay within my budget, Amy helped me pick out tile and James was always there checking in to see how the progress was going. The sub contractors were all very respectful when they came in and out of the house. They knew what they were doing. They were efficient, got in and out quickly and everthing works and looks great!
