They have great positive attitudes, they don't waste time, they stay off their cell phones but for business regarding my work (nobody else does that). They work HARD and they have good suggestions on what the finished work should be for my use- helpful, wow! They turn off the lights, clean up their messes, and are still pleasant and downright good folks.

I was very satisfied with their use of top quality materials, their attention to finite details, their recommendations and suggestions of options for certain specific alternatives to accommodate my needs and to adhere to the VA/ ADA requirements. When in doubt they would ask for my opinion and/or preference, which they then would always do their utmost to meet.

We used CTC after we returned from a short vacation to find out home flooded from a failed toilet mechanism. CTC arrived before everything was dried out to access the reconstruct. Options were discussed for upgrades considering insurance coverage and the work was scheduled. The work was completely professional with as little disruption to our day to day living as possible.

This reconstruct required stripping our home to the sub floor, removing cabinets, removing & replacing carpets, tile and laminate wood flooring.

The level of skill for all was extraordinary in all areas but especially in areas where the design suggestions they offered added to the overall end results. The quality of the trim work with flooring tile, backsplash tile & design and wood trim were essential to the final result.

Cliff Thorn of CTC Construction has completed 2 major remodeling projects for me in the past 2 years. I am gone for extended periods of time and truly need a contractor that will assure work is done professionally and timely even though I am absent. Each project is important to Cliff, and if there are any issues that need additional attention, he assures his team addresses them in a very timely manner. He even made time to accompany my property manager during a walkthrough of a property he remodeled the previous year to see if there were any problems (there were none). He is a contractor whom I would absolutely recommend if you want a reliable and trustworthy contractor who cares about doing the job right the first time.
